Ensure regulatory compliance of confectionery products with Sri Lankan food laws and international standards; liaise with government authorities; closes July 31.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance of confectionery products with local and international food laws
• Review food labelling and advertisements for regulatory compliance
• Monitor applicable regulations and provide internal advisory
• Analyze regulatory documents and verify product claims
• Liaise with government regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Relevant degree in food science, science, law, or related field
• Experience in regulatory affairs within food or FMCG sector
• Knowledge of local food safety regulations and labelling standards
