Assistant Manager – Promotions (Trucks & Buses)
About the Role
Field-based promotions management role for a commercial vehicle company, planning roadshows, vehicle displays, and campaigns across Sri Lanka. Requires 3-5 years in promotions or event marketing and Sinhala/English fluency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional campaigns, roadshows, and vehicle displays island-wide
• Obtain permits and approvals from local authorities
• Supervise field teams and third-party vendors
• Generate quality sales leads and coordinate follow-ups
• Prepare performance reports with ROI analysis
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in promotions, event marketing, field marketing, or activation management
• Campaign planning and execution experience
• Fluency in Sinhala and English
• Valid driving license (commercial truck license advantageous)
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
