About the Role

1st Commis Chef position at a café and lounge in Malabe, Colombo. Supports the Chef de Partie in food preparation and kitchen operations. Good opportunity for culinary graduates to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Chef de Partie with food preparation and service

• Maintain mise en place for assigned section

• Follow recipes and presentation standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work area

Requirements:

• Certificate in culinary arts or equivalent

• Previous kitchen experience preferred

• Willingness to learn and develop skills

• Ability to work in a team
