About the Role

Kitchen helper role at a Vietnamese restaurant in Colombo 5. Involves ingredient preparation, washing, and cleaning duties across two daily shifts. No prior experience required. Walk-in interviews daily 11:30 AM - 2 PM (except Tuesdays). Salary LKR 40,000-60,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for kitchen production

• Perform washing and cleaning duties in the kitchen

• Support chefs and kitchen staff during service

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work surfaces

Requirements:

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level minimum

• No prior experience required (trainees welcome)

• Age 18-45

• Availability for 2-shift schedule
