Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily retail store operations and supervise floor staff
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Prepare daily sales reports and operational summaries
• Coordinate with procurement on stock levels and new arrivals
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in business, retail management, or related field
• 3+ years retail operations experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office
• Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate accounts
