Stores Executive

About the Role

Stores executive role at an FMCG distribution company, managing warehouse stock, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and maintaining accurate store records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and dispatch goods according to procedures

• Maintain accurate stock records using ERP system

• Conduct regular stock counts and variance reporting

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics on deliveries

• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and FIFO compliance

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or business

• 2-4 years stores or warehouse experience

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office

• Attention to detail and strong numeracy

• FMCG or distribution industry experience preferred
