About the Role
Food and beverage manager role at the acclaimed Wild Coast Tented Lodge in Yala, overseeing all dining and beverage operations, managing the F&B team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a unique luxury safari setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all food and beverage operations at Wild Coast Tented Lodge
• Manage F&B team including chefs, servers, and bar staff
• Plan seasonal menus in collaboration with the kitchen team
• Ensure exceptional guest dining experiences aligned with luxury standards
• Control F&B costs, manage inventory, and prepare financial reports
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in hotel management or F&B management
• 5+ years F&B experience including 2+ years as F&B Manager
• Luxury or boutique safari hospitality experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for sustainability and nature-based hospitality
