Sous Chef role at a boutique lifestyle hotel in Galle, supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and maintaining the high culinary standards of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
• Contribute ideas to seasonal menu planning and development
Requirements:
• Culinary diploma or equivalent training
• 3+ years cooking experience with some supervisory exposure
• Ability to work in a boutique hotel environment
• Passion for creative, quality cuisine
• Good communication and team skills
