About the Role
Executive Chef role at a Colombo restaurant group, leading all culinary operations, developing menus, managing kitchen teams, and maintaining the highest food quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all kitchen operations and culinary teams across outlets
• Develop seasonal menus and food concepts aligned with brand identity
• Manage food cost, procurement, and supplier relationships
• Maintain HACCP and food safety standards at all times
• Mentor and train sous chefs and kitchen staff
Requirements:
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification
• 7+ years culinary experience with 3+ years as Head or Executive Chef
• Strong multi-cuisine knowledge and creativity
• Proven leadership and kitchen management skills
• Experience in a restaurant group or multi-outlet operation preferred
