About the Role
Operations manager role overseeing the full day-to-day operations of a restaurant in Ella, managing staff, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all restaurant operations including F&B and service
• Manage and coordinate front and back of house teams
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive efficiency improvements
• Handle guest relations and resolve service issues promptly
• Prepare operational reports and manage budgets
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in hotel/hospitality management
• 4+ years operations management experience in F&B or hospitality
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Customer-centric approach and problem-solving ability
• Experience in a remote or boutique hospitality setting preferred
