About the Role
Sous Chef role at Tri, a boutique luxury property in Ahangama, supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and contributing to the restaurant's creative menu.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations at Tri Ahangama
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure training and discipline
• Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
• Enforce HACCP and food safety protocols
• Contribute to menu development and special dining events
Requirements:
• Culinary diploma or equivalent professional qualification
• 3+ years culinary experience including CDP or sous chef exposure
• Boutique hotel or fine dining experience strongly preferred
• Strong creative skills and passion for quality cuisine
• Ability to work in a remote coastal property
