About the Role

Bartender role at a hotel in Trincomalee, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and delivering friendly and professional beverage service to hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to guests

• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels

• Engage guests with friendly and professional service

• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately

• Assist with bar setup and close-down procedures

Requirements:

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent

• Previous bartending or F&B experience preferred

• Knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards

• Good communication skills in English

• Willingness to work shift hours in a hotel setting
