About the Role
HR Manager role covering payroll processing, EPF/ETF compliance, recruitment coordination, employee records, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Payroll preparation and processing including monthly salary sheets
- EPF/ETF and social security calculations per Sri Lankan wage laws
- Employee records management covering attendance, leave, and salary history
- Recruitment support including job postings and interview coordination
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Attendance and leave management
- Performance appraisal assistance
- Training and development program support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Management, Accounting, or Commerce
- Professional HR qualification preferred (PQHRM, CHRM, CCHRM)
- Accounting/Finance qualification advantageous (AAT, CMA, ACCA Foundation)
- Minimum 2 years HR management experience
- Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards in Sri Lanka
- MS Office and HR/Payroll software proficiency
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
