About the Role

Generalist HR Executive for a supply chain and logistics firm covering end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, payroll compliance, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for logistics, warehouse, and corporate positions
• Employee onboarding, relations management, and grievance resolution
• Payroll processing, compliance, and HRIS administration
• Performance management and HR reporting

Requirements

• 3-5 years of generalist HR experience
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or FMCG preferred
• Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
