About the Role

Drive product development execution for intimate apparel categories, managing sample development, costing, and customer negotiations at Brandix Biyagama.

Responsibilities

• Develop PD merchandising objectives and action plans for assigned categories
• Drive sample development delivery and profitability goals
• Manage customer relationships for strategic product development
• Lead and coordinate the development merchandising team
• Handle order forecasting and profitability tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing, Clothing Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing
• Minimum 1-2 years in merchandising with bra or intimate product experience
• Strong customer insights and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in IT and digital tools
• Product costing abilities and analytical mindset
