Merchandiser - Bulk

About the Role

Coordinate bulk order execution via Time and Action (T&A) management and ERP systems to achieve on-time delivery targets at Brandix Welisara.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely bulk order execution to meet delivery targets
• Manage T&A plans with full customer coordination
• Distribute weekly status updates collaborating with Planning teams
• Maintain current order status reports to ensure On-Time Delivery
• Handle ERP system data entry for shipment advice and booking confirmations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing, Clothing Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing
• 1-3 years in bulk merchandising including system data entry, shipment advice, and booking confirmations
• Strong customer negotiation and communication skills
• Garment technology knowledge
• IT and digital proficiency
