About the Role
Plan and manage daily production operations at the Bogahawatta factory in Hatton, ensuring HACCP/GMP compliance and raw material availability.
Responsibilities
- Plan production based on targets and stock levels
- Oversee material receipts and finished goods handover
- Track and report production KPIs
- Ensure safety and quality compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years in FMCG, production, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with HACCP and GMP protocols
