About the Role

Multiple F&B openings at the iconic Galle Face Hotel in Colombo for trainee waiters, F&B trainers, restaurant hostesses, and experienced waiters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to guests
• Supervise and train junior F&B staff
• Work on a roster/shift basis

Requirements

• 5 years supervisory experience in star-class hotel F&B for Captain/Trainer roles
• International exposure in five-star hotel establishments preferred
