About the Role

Lead a Lanka Sathosa retail branch as Shop-in-Charge, overseeing daily operations, staff, inventory, and financial transactions on a permanent basis islandwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned retail branch
• Supervise and coordinate branch staff
• Oversee inventory control and stock management
• Handle daily financial transactions and reconciliations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or professional intermediate certificate from a recognised institution
• Age between 22 and 45 years
• Strong leadership and communication skills
