About the Role
Drive regional retail growth as Area Manager at Lanka Sathosa, overseeing a network of branches and supervising Shop-in-Charge officers across a designated region.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales growth across an assigned regional territory
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets
- Supervise Shop-in-Charge staff across multiple branches
- Identify and expand branch network within the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or Economics
- Age between 22 and 45 years
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
