About the Role

Lead a Fashion Bug retail outlet as Outlet Manager, driving sales performance, managing store operations, and ensuring brand standards across the shop floor in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day retail outlet operations
• Supervise, motivate, and develop in-store staff
• Ensure consistent visual merchandising and brand presentation
• Achieve and exceed outlet sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion or apparel retail management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Passion for fashion and an eye for in-store presentation
