About the Role
Provide professional cost management and quantity surveying services for construction and consultancy projects from the Rajagiriya office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates for construction projects
- Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows
- Administer contracts, process variations, and interim valuations
- Prepare final accounts and project cost reports
Requirements
- Degree or HND/NDT in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in construction cost management and contract administration
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
