About the Role

Credit risk management role at Pan Asia Bank Head Office to evaluate, monitor, and report on credit risk across the loan portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor credit risk across the bank's loan portfolio
• Prepare credit risk reports and dashboards for management
• Ensure adherence to credit risk policies and CBSL regulatory requirements
• Support credit approvals with risk analysis and recommendations

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in credit risk analysis or credit review within a bank or finance company
• Knowledge of CBSL credit risk frameworks and banking regulations
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
