Deputy Manager - Finance

About the Role

Deputy Manager-level finance role overseeing management accounts, CBSL regulatory returns, and financial planning at SDB Bank.

Responsibilities

• Supervise monthly financial reports and CBSL regulatory returns
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/LKAS) and CBSL directives
• Provide finance support to senior management decision-making

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Professional qualification (CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA) preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a banking or financial institution finance function
• Strong knowledge of CBSL reporting requirements and IFRS
