Responsibilities
- Prepare food items and meal components on the hot range
- Liaise with restaurant management on menu execution
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for quality assurance
- Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Manage stocktaking and supply ordering
- Monitor food cost profitability
- Implement improvements based on customer feedback
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary school qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
