Supervisor – Production

About the Role

Oversee daily sewing-line production operations at Crystal Martin's Kandy factory, managing workforce, ensuring quality targets and efficiency metrics are met in a large apparel manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full production process based on given plans and targets
• Determine workforce requirements and resource allocation
• Continuously improve production line efficiency
• Maintain daily machine-operator absenteeism below 4%
• Keep monthly machine-operator turnover below 4%
• Ensure each sewing line achieves its learning curves and standard hours

Requirements

• GCE A/L qualification
• Diploma in Production Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in a production supervisory capacity
