About the Role

Manage daily retail operations of a luxury floral shop, lead junior florists and shop assistants, maintain brand standards, and drive sales in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage junior florists and shop assistants with shift scheduling
• Maintain shop cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards
• Manage inventory tracking and coordinate with purchasing
• Handle cash, card, and online payment processing
• Submit operational reports to head office

Requirements

• Background in retail management, hospitality, or floristry
• Experience supervising small teams
• Flower or gifting industry knowledge advantageous
• Strong communication skills in English, Sinhala, or Tamil
