About the Role
Deliver Business Management course content, assess students, and coordinate the Distance Learning Division programme at ESOFT's Nugegoda/Colombo campus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver effective unit knowledge to students and assess for skill and knowledge achievement
- Support students with assignments and coursework
- Maintain positive learning environment
- Create course materials and study content
- Develop exam papers with marking schemes
- Grade student work promptly
Requirements
- First or second class Upper Division honours degree in Business Management from a recognized university
- Ability to coordinate programmes with stakeholders
- Willingness to work at least one weekend day
