Data & Web Development Visiting Lecturer

About the Role

Part-time visiting lecturer delivering sessions on database systems and web application development including full-stack .NET, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud databases at ESOFT UNI Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and tutorials on databases and web applications
• Create lesson plans and educational materials
• Conduct assessments and evaluate student work
• Oversee student projects and provide guidance
• Maintain academic records and support curriculum initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching and/or industry experience in Database and Web Application Development
• Professional certifications (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB) preferred
