About the Role

Lead the finishing department at a Brandix plant in Wathupitiwala, overseeing all finishing and finished-goods warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and on-time delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve finishing process targets aligned with Time and Action Plan
• Oversee efficient finishing operations for on-time delivery and productivity gains
• Implement process improvement initiatives
• Lead and manage department staff and associates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or Clothing Technology
• 6-9+ years total experience in garment manufacturing
• Minimum 2 years leading a finishing department in a plant
