About the Role

Develop and oversee technical specifications, tech packs, and measurement charts while monitoring garment construction quality and supporting cross-departmental coordination in a Kurunegala factory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee technical specifications, tech packs, and measurement charts
• Monitor garment construction quality and fitting standards
• Liaise among merchandising, production, and quality departments
• Troubleshoot technical production challenges
• Conduct garment fitting assessments
• Enhance team quality and efficiency standards
• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications

Requirements

• 2-3 years industry experience in apparel or garment sector
• Garment construction and production knowledge
• Technical operations, fitting, and quality standards expertise
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Cross-departmental coordination ability
