Assistant Site Engineer

About the Role

Oversee site construction activities, quality control and safety compliance for the construction division of a diversified Sri Lankan conglomerate in Nugegoda.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Oversee site activities and maintain quality standards
• Implement safety procedures and best practices
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders
• Prepare site reports and documentation
• Manage multiple tasks within deadlines

Requirements

• Civil Engineering/Construction Diploma or equivalent (Degree preferred)
• Minimum 1 year experience; 2-4 years site supervision preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
