About the Role
Support daily admin and HR operations for a fragrance retail brand including procurement, stock management, payroll, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities
- Procure materials and business items
- Handle GRN processing and stock management
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
- Process administrative payments
- Conduct physical stock counts
- Supervise staff and outlet activities
- Perform data entry and record maintenance
Requirements
- GCE A/L in Commerce stream
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Business Management qualification advantageous
- Tamil language knowledge advantageous
- Sinhala and English fluency
- MS Office proficiency
