About the Role
Conduct onboarding, product, and soft-skills training for call center agents; develop training materials and coach underperforming staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct new employee onboarding and product training
- Deliver soft skills and customer service training
- Develop training materials, presentations, and guides
- Monitor agent performance and identify training needs
- Conduct refresher training sessions and coaching support
- Collaborate with QA and Operations teams
Requirements
- GCE A/L education minimum
- Mandatory call center experience (inbound/outbound calls)
- Proficiency in at least two languages (Sinhala/English/Tamil)
- Trilingual abilities preferred
