About the Role

Pre-contract QS role involving extracting quantities, preparing BOQs, QA/QC checks, and producing tender and procurement documents for international projects.

Responsibilities

Extracting quantities from design drawings
Generating taking-off sheets and BOQ descriptions
QA/QC checks on produced documents
Preparing tender documents and evaluation reports
Meeting agreed deadlines

Requirements

University degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or Construction Management
Experience on Middle East, UK, Australian, Singapore, or New Zealand projects
3-6 years minimum pre-contract QS experience
