Senior Executive - Logistics

About the Role

Senior logistics execution role managing freight operations, documentation, and customer coordination at the Kandana/Katunayaka hub.

Responsibilities

• Manage freight forwarding operations and documentation at the 3PL fulfilment centre
• Coordinate with customers, agents, and international partners
• Oversee shipment tracking and delivery management
• Prepare and process customs and shipping documentation
• Ensure service level agreements and quality standards are met

Requirements

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in logistics, shipping, or business
• 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong knowledge of air and sea freight documentation
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office
