About the Role

Handle shipping operations and documentation for Trinity Shipping's NVOCC and freight forwarding business, requiring strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping documentation including bills of lading and shipping instructions
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and port agents
• Manage client communications and respond to inquiries
• Process export/import documentation and customs entries
• Coordinate with port authorities and customs clearing agents

Requirements

• Excellent command of English and computer literacy
• Knowledge of Sinhala and/or Tamil advantageous
• Experience in NVOCC, freight forwarding, or commercial environment (advantageous)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
