Responsibilities
- Monitor and track customer orders in real time
- Communicate with UK warehouse team on dispatch and order status
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time
- Maintain accurate order and communication records
- Identify and report operational issues promptly to management
Requirements
- Fluent Tamil communication skills
- Strong English speaking and writing ability
- Confidence in communicating with international teams
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
