About the Role

Monitor and process customer orders in real time for a UK warehouse team, ensuring timely dispatch and maintaining accurate operations records from Jaffna.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track customer orders in real time
• Communicate with UK warehouse team on dispatch and order status
• Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time
• Maintain accurate order and communication records
• Identify and report operational issues promptly to management

Requirements

• Fluent Tamil communication skills
• Strong English speaking and writing ability
• Confidence in communicating with international teams
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
