About the Role

Lead and scale Metana's marketing efforts across paid, organic, and social channels in the Web3 education space, overseeing a marketing team and managing the full campaign lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives
• Oversee campaigns across paid, organic, and social media channels
• Lead and mentor the marketing team
• Strengthen brand positioning within the Web3 education space
• Direct content creation for multiple platforms
• Monitor performance metrics and ROI
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design departments
• Manage marketing budget allocation

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven team leadership and motivation capabilities
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and project management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to operate effectively in dynamic environments
• Background in Web3, blockchain, or technology education preferred
