About the Role

Manage Facebook and Instagram profiles, create content, monitor engagement, and develop campaigns to promote products and brand. Primarily remote with occasional office visits.

Responsibilities

Manage Facebook and Instagram profiles with content creation and curation
Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and competitor activities
Develop campaigns to promote products, events, and brand initiatives
Track analytics and provide performance insights using data-driven analysis

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing/Communications
6 months to 1 year industrial experience
Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram platforms and algorithms
Facebook advertising campaign experience (mandatory)
English communication skills and fluency in Sinhala
Personal laptop/PC with quality internet required
