About the Role

Head the kitchen department at Browns Hospitals Ragama, planning and managing food service operations for hospital patients and staff in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, develop, and implement food service schedules for hospital operations
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Directly oversee kitchen staff performance
• Assist Head of Facilities with departmental operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership role
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience managing kitchen teams in a large-scale institutional or hospital setting preferred
