About the Role
Create and manage the pastry and bakery output for Lassana Flora, producing a range of desserts, cookies, cakes, and specialty sweet items.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present pastries, desserts, cookies, and other sweet items
- Develop new pastry recipes and seasonal menus
- Ensure quality standards in all bakery and pastry outputs
- Maintain hygiene and food safety in the pastry section
Requirements
- Below 35 years of age
- Minimum 3 years of pastry or baking experience
- Creative person with strong initiative
- Experience in baking cookies, pastries, desserts preferred
