Reservations Manager / Reservations Agent

About the Role

Set up and manage a central reservations office for the Komorebi Collection's portfolio of luxury boutique hotels across Sri Lanka, handling direct bookings and travel agency relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a central reservations office for multi-property boutique hotel group
• Handle inbound booking inquiries from guests, agencies, and DTAs
• Build and maintain relationships with Destination Travel Agencies and travel partners
• Manage room inventory and rate parity across booking channels

Requirements

• Prior experience in tourism industry with reservations, travel agencies, or DTAs
• Strong grasp of both written and verbal English
• Knowledge of luxury boutique hospitality preferred
