About the Role

Supervise daily floor operations at a LAUGFS Supermarket branch in Maharagama, managing staff, stock presentation, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise supermarket staff and assign daily tasks
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and operational standards
• Oversee cash handling and financial transactions
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and store cleanliness
• Manage shift schedules including night shifts

Requirements

• Prior supervisor experience mandatory
• GCE O/L mathematics pass or equivalent financial handling experience
• Age 18-40 years
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts including nights
• National ID, birth certificate, and relevant certificates required at interview
