About the Role

Lead visual merchandising strategy and maintain exceptional in-store presentation standards across all Fashion Bug retail outlets.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising strategies across all Fashion Bug outlets
• Maintain exceptional in-store presentation and display standards
• Design and implement window and in-store display concepts
• Train and supervise the visual merchandising team
• Develop and execute concepts for seasonal campaigns and product launches
• Monitor market trends and competitor visual strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual merchandising within fashion retail
• Strong creative and aesthetic sense with eye for detail
• Understanding of retail display techniques and brand guidelines
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Degree or diploma in design, fashion, or related field preferred
