Showroom Sales / Customer Service Executive

About the Role

Drive product sales and deliver excellent customer service at Brantel Lanka's showroom in Colombo 3, representing a leading electronics brand across consumer and enterprise product lines.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the showroom with product selection and queries
• Demonstrate electronic products and explain features and benefits
• Achieve monthly sales targets across product categories
• Handle customer service enquiries and after-sales support
• Maintain showroom presentation and stock display standards
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Basic knowledge of electronics or consumer technology products
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to handle objections
• GCE A/L or O/L qualification
