Graduate Trainee - Merchandising

About the Role

Brandix Key Accounts Group 5 (Biyagama) is recruiting Graduate Trainees in Merchandising to support garment sample development, costing coordination, and cross-functional collaboration in intimate apparel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support development of garment samples based on tech pack specifications
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers regarding sample development and costing
• Collaborate on sampling and costing approvals with stakeholders

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Clothing Technology, or related field
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English and computer proficiency
• Bra manufacturing knowledge considered advantageous
