About the Role

Brandix Biyagama is hiring an R&D Innovation Executive to lead product innovation and technology R&D projects from concept to commercialization for intimate apparel categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification of advanced concepts, product innovation ideas, and R&D projects
• Drive implementation of development projects from conceptualization to commercialization
• Implement technology R&D projects including research of new technologies, testing, and rollout

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing, Clothing Technology, or related field
• 1-3+ years in apparel and design development
• Strong knowledge of design and R&D processes
