Senior Executive - Planning

About the Role

Q Collection (Colombo) is hiring a Senior Planning Executive with 3+ years of apparel production planning experience to manage capacity, maintain 100% OTD, and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the plant is loaded at optimal capacity to meet monthly budgeted targets
• Maintain weekly and frozen plans for stakeholders
• Plan Sales Orders and production lines to meet delivery requirements
• Prepare 5M risk forecasts (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Marketing)
• Provide order confirmations and capacity status updates
• Maintain 100% On-Time Delivery performance
• Collaborate across departments on material availability and production optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management in apparel or textile industry
• Advanced Excel, ERP, or Fast React system proficiency
• Data analysis and forecasting expertise
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
