Lead and manage the complete F&B department at Radisson Blu Galadari Colombo, driving guest experience quality and department profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee smooth F&B department operations and guest service delivery
- Achieve food and beverage initiatives and hotel targets
- Lead and develop the F&B team with emphasis on growth and performance
- Monitor costs, inventory, and productivity levels
- Implement service enhancement programs and cost controls
Requirements
- Proven F&B service experience with problem-solving abilities
- Strong managerial skills with hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
- 2-5 years of relevant F&B experience
- IT systems proficiency
