Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth F&B department operations and guest service delivery
• Achieve food and beverage initiatives and hotel targets
• Lead and develop the F&B team with emphasis on growth and performance
• Monitor costs, inventory, and productivity levels
• Implement service enhancement programs and cost controls

Requirements

• Proven F&B service experience with problem-solving abilities
• Strong managerial skills with hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
• 2-5 years of relevant F&B experience
• IT systems proficiency
